This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Azgard DOOEL Stip (hereinafter referred to as “Controller”) collects, uses, and processes data collected from you as a data subject (hereinafter referred to as you or the data subjects) when visiting the website www.arkahosting.com (hereinafter referred to as “Website”) and/or using the Arka Hosting web sales service. When visiting the website, your personal data that you voluntarily provide during your registration on the website (creating your profile), and using the online shopping service (ordering the product and paying for it) are collected and processed. If you take any of these actions, it is understood that you have given your consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes for which you provide them.

(payment by payment card is made through Halk Bank Skopje – electronic payment, a system for safe and secure card payment via the Internet).
Additionally, our website uses a “Cookies” tool that collects data such as: the name of the Internet browser, the type of computer, as well as technical information about the connection you use when visiting the website, such as the operating system and the Internet service provider, IP (Internet Protocol) addresses that are assigned by the Internet service provider and are different for each user. In accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection, as a subject whose personal data we process, you have the following rights:
• to be informed by Arka Hosting about the manner of processing personal data, including whether personal data is used in accordance with the purpose for which it was provided;
• to request Arka Hosting to supplement, amend and/or update it if its personal data is incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date by submitting a request, whereby Arka Hosting must act on the same within 15 days and correct the personal data;
• to request Arka Hosting to restrict the processing of personal data by appropriately indicating which personal data will be stored;
• to request Arka Hosting to delete your personal data, whereby Arka Hosting is obliged to delete the personal data within 30 days from the date of submitting the request for deletion, under the conditions provided for in the Law on Personal Data Protection;
• to file a complaint with Arka Hosting regarding the processing of your personal data;

7. Providing data for use by third parties
Personal data may only be provided to the competent authorities, as well as to third party processors with authorization granted by the Controller and under the conditions and to the extent permitted by the Law on Personal Data Protection.
8. Transfer of personal data to other countries
Arka Hosting does not transfer personal data to third countries.
9. Change of Privacy Policy by the Controller
This Privacy Policy may be amended at any time by publishing the amended text of the Privacy Policy on our website, as well as the date of the update. Amendments to the Privacy Policy shall enter into force immediately upon their publication. Therefore, please periodically review the Privacy Policy and read its possible amendments. By continuing to access and use our website, the user agrees to the amendments and accepts the provisions of this Privacy Policy.
